How to make the most of this community and the program

Familiarise yourself with Kajabi (our Community platform)
Click on the Resources page (on the left) and watch our short intro to Kajabi video for an overview of how to use this technology. It's pretty simple once you get the hang of it!2
Introduce yourself
Pop into the Community channel and say hello. Share a little about who you are and what you're hoping to get out of our time together.3
Sign up for our live sessions
On the left of the Community, head to Sessions. Add all of our sessions to your calendar so you’re all set for each week.4
Join the conversation
Comment, post, ask questions, share ideas – your voice matters here. You don't need to have it all figured out – just show up as you are. .Our Community Guidelines
This is a space for real conversation, gentle reflection, and meaningful connection. To make sure everyone feels supported and seen, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
🤫 Keep it confidential
This is a private space. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. Trust and privacy are essential for open and honest conversations.
💛 Kindness first
Speak with care, encouragement, and respect — even when experiences differ. We’re all coming to this journey with unique stories, and kindness helps us grow together.
🎉 Celebrate progress
Big or small, every step forward matters. Share your wins (even the quiet ones) and help cheer others on — we’re all here to lift each other up.
❓Ask for what you need
If you’re feeling stuck, unsure, or curious — speak up! Your question might be exactly what someone else needed to hear too.
🗣️ Make room for all voices
We value every perspective. Be mindful not to dominate conversations, and help ensure everyone has space to share if they wish. Listening is as powerful as speaking.
